FTS Yuva Kolkata was established in 2019 with a vibrant and dynamic team of young entrepreneurs and professionals. Since its inception, the team has embraced the responsibility of being flag bearers of the Friends of Tribals Society (FTS) mission and vision. They have actively engaged in various initiatives, including Vanyatras (visits to Ekal Vidyalayas) and a wide range of community engagement programs.

Over the past five years, FTS Yuva Kolkata has gained significant recognition, particularly through its flagship event, the Ekal Run—a major awareness and fundraising initiative. Additionally, the team has successfully hosted national-level FTS Yuva events, such as the Annual Meet and National Yuva Conclave, where FTS and FTS Yuva members from chapters across the country gathered in Kolkata to participate. This commitment and leadership have positioned FTS Yuva Kolkata as a driving force in advancing the mission of the Friends of Tribals Society.
