Chapter Samiti and Mahila Samiti organized a Joint Symposium on 16th October, 2022 at PHD House New Delhi. Members of EVFI, EGS were also present in this seminar. Present on the stage were Mr. Sajan Bansal – Chairman ( Arogya Foundation of India), Mr. Ramesh Saraogi – President, (FTS National), Mr. Ramesh Maheshwari -Working President, (FTS National), Mr. Rajesh Goyal – President (Ekal Abhiyan ), Mr. Ravidev Gupta – Chairman (EVFI) mesmerized everyone with their speech. Specially discussed the dimensions related to Ekal. Total 65 members participated in the meeting and presented their views.
About 20 members from the Chapter Samiti & Mahila Samiti have participated in Yoga Camps in 10 villages of SanchKhekhda, AnchalBaghapt on 21st June, 2022.
The programme ‘Ekal Ko Jano’ was organized by Friends of Tribals Society, New Delhi Chapter on 1st March 2020. More than 300 people including FTS members, Donors, Invitees, Kathakar, Karyakarta and Ekal School children participated in the programme. Ekal School activities, Ekal on Wheels (Mobile Computer lab), Ekal Rath and other activities of Ekal Abhiyan were showcased at the programme. A counter of display and sale of Ekal organic products produced under the aegis of Ekal Gramothan Foundation was a big attraction. The programme was successful in registering 29 new members on the spot. Mahila Samiti played an important role in successfully organizing the event.
On 6th October 2018 a Grand programme titled “Ekal Sur Ekal Taal” was organised by the New Delhi Chapter in collaboration with Mahila Samiti.
On 22nd August 2015, Friends of Tribals Society for the purpose of awareness and motivation, organized an event (musical programme Kabir Cafe) at Shri Satya Sai Centre, New Delhi. Our Honourable Ma. Shyam ji Gupt addressed the full house and his motivational speech helped in getting a number of new donors.
