FTS Yuva Ranchi held a blood donation camp at Seva Sadan Hospital on June 16, 2024. The camp saw active participation from the city’s youth, women, and adults, collecting over 30 units of blood. This blood will be utilized to aid children suffering from thalassemia. The event was supported by Team Help, Prakriti, and NHRC.
Fts Yuva Ranchi chapter is celebrating the environment month with a target of planting 2500 saplings during June 2024. The chapter conducted its second environmental work and planted 100 fruit saplings on 10th June 2024.
FTS Yuva, Ranchi celebrated World Environment Day on June 5, 2024, by distributing saplings and offering health check-ups to the city’s residents.The medical check-up was set up by the renowned Dr. Tushar Arya conducted blood sugar and pressure checks, Dr. Nitya Tiwari dental check-ups, and Mr. Mausam Pandey Ji and her team of Wellomania group, conducted BMI testing. Over 100 people benefited from these services, marking a perfect start to the day by promoting Environment, health and cultural values.
FTS Kids Ranchi held its monthly meeting, featuring two activities: storytelling and a quiz, both based on the life of Lord Krishna. The highlight of the event was that it was planned and executed by one of the FTS Kids children. FTS Kids Ranchi has implemented a system where a different child is chosen as the monthly chairman. This chairman is responsible for conducting the meeting, planning activities, arranging food, and managing all other arrangements. This month, Darah Kedia (Age 11) served as the chairman and organised the meeting. Based on her performance, Anvi (age 10) has been appointed as the chairman for July. The children enjoyed snacks, and Anvi, the winner of the storytelling competition, was awarded a prize.
FTS Yuva Ranchi chapter organised Summer Smiles, a two-day summer camp for kids of Ranchi at Arogya Bhawan from 18th to 19th May, 2024. The Camp featured over 15 engaging activities designed to impart Sanskar shiksha among children, aimed to blend fun with valuable life lessons, ensuring that each activity had an underlying purpose of instilling Indian ancient culture and moral values. The day 1 consisted of craft and lifestyle activities while day 2 had a theme of satvik jeevan. The camp concluded with a screening of the Ramayan and an exhilarating Finding Ram treasure hunt, program was meticulously designed and executed by Smt. Puja Bagaria (FTS Yuva Secretary) and Smt. Ayushi Sarawgi, ensuring a triumphant culmination.
FTS Yuva Ranchi Chapter organised a 9-day ‘Nagar Yatra’ from May 15 to 23, 2024, bringing 1,002 children and teachers from 50 villages to Ranchi city. The program introduced them to urban lifestyles and modern entertainment, including visits to eight Milestones, the Science Center, and experiences like go-karting, bungee jumping and 3D shows etc.
On May 12, 2024, FTS and FTS Yuva samity, Ranchi Chapter conducted a voter awareness campaign. They distributed posters and pamphlets to over 10,000 people and organized a scooter & car rally from Morabadi Ground to Firyalaal Chowk to encourage voting.
On April 21, 2024, FTS Yuva Ranchi Chapter conducted a Gau Seva program at the Gaushala on Harmu Road. 12 members from FTS Yuva and Vanbandhu Parishad Ranchi Chapter participated in the event, where they served the cows with fodder, bread, and jaggery.
On Ram Navami, FTS Yuva Ranchi hosted a kheda at Firaialal Chowk, serving over 40,000 devotees with chana, jaggery, water, and ice cream. Free first aid was also provided by Dr. Lachchand Bagdia Acupressure Institute.
FTS Yuva, Ranchi Chapter organised Ramotsav on the divine day of Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha on 22 January 2024..The lake situated in the center of the town was all lit with 12000 diyas and floating diyas in the formation of Ram Mandir. More than 10000 Ranchi citizens joined up to witness the divine occasion. Cultural dance performance along with light show was also organised to present the rich indian culture.
