FTS Yuva Gwalior “Open Mic 3.0”, a signature fundraiser event, was marked by enthusiastic participation and remarkable success. With 65 participants and an audience of over 500, the event highlighted the vibrant cultural spirit of the community.
On World Blood Donor Day, June 14, 2024, FTS Yuva samity, Gwalior Chapter organised a blood donation camp in collaboration with the Department of Transfusion Medicine at the Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Gwalior.
On May 26, 2024 (Sunday), FTS Yuva in Gwalior facilitated educational sessions for children from the slums under the Shabri Basti Project. 32 children actively participated in the classes, where they learned about the cleanliness and hygiene, Suryanamaskar, practical science, nutrition, waste management, the National Anthem, and other subjects aimed at enhancing their overall well-being and prospects for the future.
FTS Yuva Gwalior organised ‘Sunday Pathshala’ for children on 12 May, 2024 at Gwalior city. 20 Children took part in the learning cum personality development session. The session began with a prayer and the national anthem, followed by Surya Namaskar, Om chanting, and physical exercises. Shri Rohit Jain taught the children how to introduce themselves and how to express emotions. They were then tasked with writing a story and engaging in drawing activities to foster creativity. The session concluded successfully.
FTS Yuva Gwalior, in collaboration with Doon Public School students, presents the Ekal Drive “Fundraiser for Education,” with the mission “Knowledge for All, All for Knowledge.”
FTS Yuva Samity, Gwalior Chapter launched the “Book Donation – Mahadaan” project on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami to provide library facilities to needy children studying in Ekal Vidyalaya.
FTS Yuva Gwalior Chapter organised an Award Ceremony and Youth Orientation program ‘NAV ARAMBH’ on 17th March, 2024 at Gwalior. FTS Yuva Gwalior- Founder President Sanchita Gupta Ji made the Ekal presentation followed by speeches by guests of honour -Shri. Rajendra Bandil – FTS senior member, Shri. Shashidatt Gagrani – President FTS Gwalior chapter, Smt. Anjali Gupta Batra – Mentor Gwalior Chapter and Dr. Sandhya Garg -Principal Amity Gwalior.
Special performance by Shabri Basti Kids engaged the audience well. 18 members of FTS Yuva were awarded for their distinguished work. There were 80+ youth present in the program who participated in the Orientation Program. New team for 2024-25 was announced in the program.19 new members were also registered on spot. Certificates and Return gifts were presented to all participants.
FTS Yuva Gwalior organised a fundraising drive for education, visiting six schools in the city: Delhi Public World School, Kiddy’s Corner School, Vidya Bhavan Public School, Bharatiyam Vidya Niketan, Green Wood Public School, and Radiant School. All these schools have participated in our mission, “Knowledge for All, All for Knowledge.”
On Sunday, October 8, 2023, at 7 am, the officers of Gwalior Chapter went on a van yatra to visit the schools of IndargarhSanch.
During the Van Yatra, visited three A category schools of Indergarh Group 1. Chhikau, 2. Samadhara 3. Chhikuri. In all the three schools, the officials talked to the children in which they were inspired to become cultured and move forward in life and also discussed with the teachers about the problems being faced in the running of the schools and their solutions and also talked to the villagers and informed them about the running of the schools. Inspired to cooperate.
Along with this, the children enjoyed the school with games, songs, stories, mantras and slogans and observed the functioning of the school.
Gwalior Chapter President Mr. ShashidattGagrani ji, Mr. Praduman Patel ji, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mishra ji along with Chapter Project Head, Zone Head and Sancha Pramukh were also present in the Vanyatra.
Mahila Samiti organized a program on 12 September 2023 at Maheshwari Bhawan, Didwana Oli, which was very enjoyable and wonderful. A grand Sunderkand was recited by the Mahila Samiti!!
In the program, Women President Mrs. Bina Rathi ji, Mrs. Urmila ji Johri and all the Maheshwari Mahila Mandal, all the dignitaries and especially Mr. Gopal Das ji Ladda were present in the entire program.
The program was attended in large numbers! This last program of the stay of Ekal Sur Tal team by Gwalior Chapter was very good!
The entire Ekal Sur Taal team was welcomed and honored by Gwalior Chapter by tying Rakhi!
Along with the activation of Friends of Tribals Society chapter, appeal was also made to open the chapter of Shri Hari Satsang Samiti.
