Bhartiya Nav Varsh Mahotsav
On the auspicious occasion of the Hindu New Year, “Vikram Samvat 2080,” a grand event titled “Maa, Matribhumi Aur Mohabbat” was organized by the Shreehari Satsanga Samity, Shri Ram Seva Samiti Trust, Saltlake Sanskritik Sansad and Hariyana Seva Sadan on March 22, 2023, at the Science City Auditorium in Kolkata. The program commenced with a Ganesh Vandana by the students of Agrasen Balika Vidyalaya, the rendition of “Vande Mataram” by Shri Chandan Ji, and the recitation of Vedic mantras by the students of Gaurang Veda Vidyalaya. Renowned lyricist, poet, scriptwriter, and a prominent figure in the cinema world, Shabd Yogi Manoj Muntashir Shukla, known for popular songs like “Teri Mitti Mein Mil Jawa,” captivated the audience with his poetry and dialogues, instilling enthusiasm among the listeners. Accompanied by popular singers Aashish Kulkarni and Ishita Vishwakarma, the auditorium was filled to its capacity. The program saw participation from members and donors, and it was attended by many eminent industrialists and social workers from Kolkata.
